You will be responsible for:
- organization and coordination of work on the construction site (organization of the work, schedule control, securing materials reception, supervision of on-site equipment, manpower, quality control and progress, health and safety management),
- managing documentation of construction (material and quality documentation, as-built documentation),
- supervising the implementation of the work according to the project’s assumptions,
- performing the duties of the Construction Manager within the meaning of the construction UK law throughout the life of the project,
- coordination and supervision of subcontracting companies in the field of E&I installations,
- responsibility for drawing up the timetable for the progress of works and its execution,
- responsibility for quality, timeliness of work.
Candidate Requirements:
Our offer is addressed to person who:
- higher technical education, preferred field of study – electrical background,
- have minimum 3 experience with managing E&I projects,
- have knowledge of the suppliers and subcontractors UK market,
- can fluently communicate in English and Polish,
- has good knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, Autocad, Microsoft Project,
- have organizational and leadership skills,
- can confirm their professional experience with references,
- has organization skills,
- has teamwork skills,
- has active driving license of category B,
- like working under time pressure,
- has certification of IOSH or SMSTS or SSSTS (additional advantage),
- has certification of City & Guilds level 2 17th Edition BS 7671(additional advantage).
