The main responsibilities of the employee will include following tasks:
- comprehensive project management in power engineering and industrial automation,
- project management from the very beginning (budget) till the final settlement of the project (close contract),
- project organization,
- control of the timeliness and quality of the work performed,
- representing the company in front of the Client,
- preparation of progress reports and progress of the project,
- responsibility for budgetary discipline of the project,
- coordinating and supervising work subordinate to employees and subcontractors,
- motivating subordinate employees and subcontractors to meet their goals,
- conducting tenders for commissioned works,
- health and safety management,
- project risk analysis, forecasting, corrective actions, if needed,
- claim management.
Candidate Requirements:

- has experience in managing people in the project structure,
- can fluently communicate in English,
- has high level of computer operation (prerequisite: MS Office, MS Project),
- has organization skills,
- has teamwork skills,
- like working under time pressure,
- can confirm your professional experience with references,
- active driving license category B.
