Our management board consists of experts with many years of experience, recognized in the industry, whose common mission is to implement innovative solutions for energy and industry. Marcin Szczurkowski
President of the Management Board
He holds a Ph.D. in technical sciences and graduated from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków. He has been professionally associated with Elsta since 2003. Since 2012, he has served as President of the Management Board of Elsta Elektronika, and since 2025, President of the Management Board of Elsta Sp. z o.o. He serves as an expert at the Polish Academy of Sciences and is the author of numerous scientific publications. An experienced manager with extensive technical achievements, he specializes in the design and implementation of advanced devices and systems for the energy and heavy industry sectors. He specializes in the design of devices and systems intended for operation in potentially explosive atmospheres, electromagnetic compatibility, and the prediction of the reliability of electronic components, devices, and systems.
Wojciech Gruszecki
Member of the Management Board
A graduate of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, he began his professional career at Elsta over 25 years ago, while still a fifth-year student majoring in Automation and Robotics. He has participated in numerous projects in the field of industrial automation and electronic devices and systems designed for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.
Marcin Nawrot
Member of the Management Board
A graduate of the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Cracow University of Technology, specializing in Automation, he has been associated with Elsta from the beginning of his professional career, where he has been actively involved in its development for over 16 years. He gained his initial professional experience in the implementation of construction contracts, later becoming head of the Sales Department, responsible for negotiating key contracts—including the largest in the company’s history. He combines technical expertise with strategic sales management skills, focusing on building long-term relationships with business partners and implementing solutions that increase the company’s competitiveness in the market.
Jacek Stankiewicz
Prezes Zarządu Elsta sp. z o.o.
inżynier elektryk, absolwent Akademii Górniczo-Hutniczej w Krakowie. Karierę zawodową rozpoczął w Kopalni Soli Bochnia. W 1988 roku założył firmę pod marką Elsta zatrudniającą obecnie ponad 280 osób w Polsce i zagranicą. Jacek Stankiewicz stworzył biznes, w którego centrum postawił pracowników i klientów, co pozwoliło firmie na rozwój na przestrzeni lat. Dziś Elsta oferuje elastyczne rozwiązania dla energetyki i przemysłu , a jej oferta realizuje postulaty sprawiedliwej transformacji energetycznej i zielonego ładu.
