Electrical Installation Works on Power and Industrial Facilities in Poland and Abroad
When carrying out electrical installation works, we focus on ensuring that all works are tailored to the specific needs of the facility and the investor’s expectations. We work on both new power and industrial facilities and on the modernization of existing infrastructure, where maintaining power supply continuity and process safety is crucial. We install main and auxiliary cable routes, HV, MV, and LV cable systems, install electrical equipment and control and measurement equipment, as well as lighting, grounding, lightning protection, and low-current systems.
Thanks to our experience in projects in Poland and international markets, primarily the UK, we are able to adapt work organization to local regulations, investor supervision, and technical standards.
We collaborate with general contractors, design offices, and client-side maintenance services to ensure the scope of our work is consistent with the investment schedule and planned commissioning stages.
We perform assembly works of:
- main and auxiliary cable routes based on certified route systems in stainless steel, hot-dip and electroplated, plastics, etc.,
- HV, MV and LV cable systems,
- electrical devices, control and measurement equipment,
- earthing, lightning protection, equipotential connections,
- complete utility, safety and illumination lighting installations,
- low-current installations.
Organizing the installation of electrical systems on active facilities
For active power and industrial facilities, our priority is the safety of personnel and minimizing the impact of installation and assembly work on ongoing production. During the project preparation phase, we work with the client to determine work zones, permissible downtime and power outages, as well as cable routing and cable route locations to avoid interference with existing infrastructure. We utilize certified routing systems in various materials, tailored to the environmental conditions and corrosion requirements of the facility.
We carry out work using specialized installation equipment such as winches, rollers, cable trailers, etc., which allows for high quality and repeatability of installation while shortening the completion time. For the client, this means improved work predictability, reduced unplanned downtime, and a clear division of responsibilities on the construction site.
Where required, we employ shift crews to complete critical assembly stages outside of peak production hours. Our standard is to use custom-built software that provides:
- on-line control of work progress,
- effective management of design changes,
- optimization of stock and warehouse management,
- full post-construction documentation in the form of a structured database.
Documentation, progress monitoring and support during the launch phase
We approach electrical installation work not only as cable and device installation, but as a complete process that culminates in the installation being prepared for safe commissioning. We utilize dedicated software that allows us to continuously monitor work progress, manage design changes, and optimize inventory management. Based on this, we create consistent, as-built documentation in the form of a structured database that facilitates subsequent operation and maintenance.
As part of our collaboration, we can also prepare the installation for commissioning, perform necessary measurements and functional tests, and then hand over the scope of work to the teams responsible for commissioning and start-up of the technological installations. This ensures that the client receives not only a physically completed installation but also a comprehensive set of technical information and support in moving to the next stage of the investment, which is the safe commissioning of the new infrastructure.
