Transformer stations have many possible applications depending on the size and power of individual units. Elsta offers transformer stations with a capacity of up to 2000 kVA in container housing based on a metal structure. It is possible to make a transformer station up to 10 MVA.

We make transformer stations according to individual needs, which, apart from the technical specification, also include personalization of the station marking in accordance with the visual identification of the Client. We provide an optimal solution dedicated to specialist needs.

Standard configuration

MV switchboard configuration 

  • up to 4 fields in any configuration
  • metering field adapted to the connection conditions and the OSD operator
  • telemechanics and DC power plant (min. 8h backup) integrated in the MV switchboard
  • possibility of installing or replacing the switchboard through the door, roof and side wall
  • compliance of the applied equipment with IEC 60947-2

  • It is possible to make a transformer station up to 10 MVA

LV switchboard configuration

  • up to 10 outflows equipped with fuse switch disconnectors
  • stripped switch disconnector with fuse inserts and surge arrester for industrial applications
  • possibility of installing or replacing the switchboard through the door or roof
  • insulation control in industrial design for IT networks as standard
  • circuit breaker or disconnector insulating on the inlet of the LV switchgear,
  • possibility of expanding the LV switchgear with a field supplying the energy storage

Housing (two independent elements)

1. Foundation (cable basement)

  • fully sealed,
    acts as a barrier against water from outside,
    protects against any oil leakage when using an oil transformer.

2. Container

  • foldable single-pitch roof,
    floor insulation made of
  • multi-layer board to ensure
  • maintaining a constant temperature inside, which also protects against rodents,
  • temperature monitoring inside and outside.

Interior

  • transformer compartment (up to 2000 kVA),
  • medium and low voltage switchgear compartment,
  • internal corridor for service.
