Testing and commissioning of LV and MV switchboards
Depending on the customer’s requirements, we perform a number of detailed tests, including:
- checking the correctness of the connection of circuits and testing their insulation,
- measuring the transition resistance (up to 100A d.c.)
- supplying control voltages to the switchboards – we have our own power supplies for temporary operation during start-up on the site,
- we perform tests of mechanical operation and interlocks,
- we perform functional tests of electrical interlocks (both within the switchboard and with all devices cooperating with the switchboard),
- functional tests of continuity control of switch coils,
- checking the correct operation of arc protections,
- forcing currents from the primary side (up to 2400A a.c.),
- configuration of communication within the switchboard,
- tests of protection automation,
- voltage tests.
